One of the reasons why I bought the physical version of this book, as opposed to the online version was because it was supposed to come with the yellow formula card, and it didn't. Rather annoying...

I never received this order. I tried to contact the seller by e-mail, but never received an answer. I purchased this item elsewhere because I needed it. I did put in a claim with Amazon. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with an order.
